Since V H S S Printing is a manufacturing and customisation-focused unit, our return and exchange policies are tailored to protect both product quality and customer interests. Returns or exchanges are accepted only in specific cases where the product has a manufacturing defect, has been delivered in the wrong size, contains incorrect printing, or is different from what was ordered. The item must be unused, must remain in its original packaging, and the customer must report the issue within forty-eight hours of delivery. To ensure transparency and quick resolution, a complete unboxing video from the moment the package is opened is required as proof.
Products that are custom-printed, white-label manufactured, produced in bulk, used, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for returns. These categories involve customised production and therefore cannot be resold or repurposed. Once the customer reports the issue and submits the required proof, our quality control team reviews the case within twenty-four to forty-eight hours. If the claim is approved, we either send a replacement or issue store credit if a replacement is not available. Refunds are processed only in rare and exceptional cases where no other resolution is possible.
If a mistake has occurred due to our manufacturing process, V H S S Printing arranges a return pickup or compensates the customer for self-shipping. If the issue is due to customer error, such as incorrect order details, then the return is handled at the customer's expense. Our return policy is designed to ensure fairness, protect order integrity, and maintain the high standards expected from a custom manufacturing unit.
